BASICS. fst is a food safety training course for food handlers. The course will help workers learn important information about food safety. It will help them to do their job better and safer. Any person who works with food should take BASICS. fst - from the person that receives the food to the person who packages or serves the food.

$25+HST for BTRCC and HNL members
$75+HST for non-members
For those of you not aware, changes to the 'Food Premises Regulations', that took effect on May 1, 2021, will require owners/operators of certain types of food premises to have at least one employee present in the food premises, while in operation, to have food safety training certification.
